At The Lofty Steps, our goal is to provide a safe and stimulating environment that will promote the emotional, social, physical, and cognitive growth of your child through the love of the arts. Research studies have shown that by exposing children to the performing arts it helps them improve their critical thinking skills and develop self confidence.

We pride ourselves on hiring only highly qualified educators. Each teacher at The Lofty Steps holds an Early Childhood Education Certification through the Arizona Department of Education as well as being CPR and First Aid certified. In addition, our classroom assistants have specialized training in not only Elementary Education but also the arts. The small teacher to child ratio at The Lofty Steps allows teachers and assistants individual instruction time with each student and provides children with the attention they deserve.
